Every clutter and hoarding cleanup is unique and requires a personalized approach. Our team strategically plans your service to maximize efficiency and ensure the best results. Each job generally includes a three-step process.
Remove Clutter
The first step of hoarding cleanup is removing the clutter. We donate or dispose of unwanted items, and the client chooses what is kept. To maximize efficiency, we typically use a dumpster for non-regulated waste, while electronics, appliances, and hazardous or infectious wastes are disposed of using proper protocols. Donatable items are removed, and we will provide a receipt upon completion.
Organize
We offer basic organization services, placing items in their correct locations, like cabinets, closets, and bedrooms. We may use a professional organizer if more extensive organization is requested.
Deodorize and Disinfect
It's common to find biohazards like bacteria and mold inside buildings with extensive, long-term clutter. We may also find contaminants like remains or animal feces. Once we finish cleaning, we use specialty disinfectants to sanitize and deodorize each room, ensuring it's safe and clean.
